After the construction drawings are reviewed and approved, drawings and plans are finalized in an official format.  The plans contain detailed drawings and specifications and will include all current building code and safety requirements. The drawings have all the information, specifications and calculations necessary to obtain competitive bids from outside contractors and are ready for filing with the local town Building Department for permits and legalization.
